Using the app
By installing or using Spidx Uploader you agree to these terms. The app is provided for personal and professional use with your own content.
Your content
You are responsible for the images you upload and for having the rights to share them. Do not use the app to upload unlawful content.
Licenses
Pro features require a valid license, bought through our store on Payhip. A license may be used on up to 2 devices and may not be shared or resold. Refunds are handled under the policy shown at purchase.
Third-party services
The app relies on Google sign-in and Google Drive, WorkUpload, and Adobe applications. Their availability and terms are outside our control.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost data, lost files or interrupted uploads. Keep your own copies of important work.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
