Privacy Policy
Spidx Uploader ("the app") is a Windows helper with panels for Adobe apps. This policy explains what data the app uses, why, and how you can remove it.
Data we access
Google account
- Email address (scope
userinfo.email): used to identify your account and check your license. - Google Drive files created by the app (scope
drive.file): the app can only see files and folders it creates or that you give it. It uses this access to upload your images to a folder in your own Drive (default name "Spidx Uploads") and to set sharing links.
License and device data
To verify your plan, the app sends your Google sign-in token to our license service. It stores your email, your plan, a device identifier and device name, so that a license can be limited to 2 devices.
Your images
Images you send are processed on your computer, compressed, and uploaded to your chosen destination: your Google Drive (Pro) or WorkUpload (Free). We do not receive copies of your images on our own servers.
How data is stored
Sign-in tokens, settings and logs are stored locally on your computer in the app folder. License records are stored in a Google Sheet managed by us.
Sharing
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties, except the services you choose to upload to (Google Drive or WorkUpload) and Google itself for sign-in. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your choices
- Sign out of the app with "Reset Google sign-in" in the tray menu.
- Revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Delete uploaded files from your Drive folder at any time.
- To delete your license record, email us.
